Gotta Diet- Then eat while you do

I don’t recommend diets- BUT I also know there is no shortage people who diet.  When you diet as a female athlete you really have to be careful.  Think about why you are dieting.  What is the real value for you?  If you want to be slim and strong you have multiple other ways of doing it than through diet.
I personally see diets as self-sabotage
SOOOO
If you must diet then check out these ways to curb your hunger AND protect your muscles.
Be strong in mind and spirit as well your body-
You’ll last a lot longer as an athlete if you do.
